Information we collect
- Information you provide. When you request pricing, a demonstration or training, or otherwise contact us, we collect details such as your name, email, phone number, clinic, location and the interests you share with us.
- Information collected automatically. If you accept cookies, we collect standard usage data (pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type) through cookies and similar technologies. We also note how you arrived at the site (for example, the ad or campaign link you followed) so we can tell which advertising works.
Cookies and analytics
Analytics and advertising cookies are set only after you accept through our cookie banner. Before you choose, and if you decline, Google (Analytics and Ads) receives limited, cookieless signals — for example, that a page was viewed or a form was submitted — which it uses in aggregate to measure ad performance; no cookies are set or read and no advertising identifiers are stored.
The Meta (Facebook) Pixel and HubSpot tracking load only after you accept. When you submit a form, we may share the event and hashed contact details with Meta to measure our advertising. Your choice is stored on your device, and you can withdraw consent at any time by clearing that choice in your browser. The site works fully without these cookies.
How we use your information
- Respond to your inquiries and provide quotes, demonstrations, training information and financing options.
- Send communications you have requested or that relate to an existing business relationship.
- Understand and improve how our website, content and advertising perform.
Email and CASL
We send commercial electronic messages only where we have your consent or an existing business relationship permitted under Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). Every such message identifies us and includes a working unsubscribe link; you can opt out at any time.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. Inquiries from this site are handled by the Pro 1 Laser group through the same system as laserequipmentglobal.com. We share information only with service providers who help us operate, and only as needed for that purpose:
- HubSpot — customer relationship management (storing and following up on your inquiry).
- Google — website analytics and advertising measurement (full measurement with consent; cookieless signals otherwise).
- Meta Platforms — advertising measurement (with consent, and hashed details of submitted forms).
- Vercel — website hosting and delivery.
Some of these providers process data outside Canada (including in the United States); where that occurs, your information may be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions.
Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, after which it is deleted or de-identified.
Your rights
Under Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to our use of it. Security
